About Us

QBC was born out of an idea in 2000, where Richard and Bruce as promoter DJ's wanted to create a one-stop for the late-night industry needs. Frustrated with going to so many different companies, they created QBC and paid attention to their marketplace. In no time at all the company became the "go-to" for design/print and entertainment requirements. This is still very much the case today however the company has grown way outside of the late-night industry.

Where we started with a few Dj residencies, we now manage over 100 weekly and key to this is a good understanding of the marketplace. We don’t just supply a DJ, we work with the business to get the right individual who will help build business. Add to that a plethora of peripheral ent, percussionists, sax players, acoustic performers, stilt walkers, magicians and much more, the next step was full event management.

In design, we have an amazing creative, still with a very strong understanding of hospitality and we still stand by our original ethos of welcoming customers to our HQ to get the best understanding of what they are trying to achieve. Whether this is a new brand or just to refresh a session, we work quickly and efficiently to get them where they need to be.

We then have the ability to develop this digitally or commit it to print, so we keep our ethos of “one-stop-shop”. As the business continues to evolve and to meet the ever-demanding needs of marketing, we grew a development team with a strong focus on web and app development and a video/photography team who strive to make better visual content.

Creating content for socials was an organic step considering how much design work we achieved so adding a team to manage socials has made a life for our customers even easier. A typical QBC customer can have the event created, their flyers/posters/banners printed. Their social squares created, their website created and continually updated and their social campaigns managed. This way they maintain consistency and keep on top of all the different platforms that today's marketplace demands.

As we move into our 20th year, we are confident that QBC still has the same ethos and care to deliver for your business and ability to meet all of your marketing and entertainment needs!
